...I prefer ladies

After I collapsed everyone started acting different around me. Exactly what I did no wanted to happen. They looked down on me worried and acted wary like I could explode every second. Great...

Anyway I had to do my part in the pack life and as Kyoto "suggested" me  not to hunt I was assigned to the furballs commonly known as pups. 

Well, I knew puppies could be energy bombs always running around, making questions and do exactly the opposite of what you told them, as at the kennel pups were regularly born every 6 months likely... BUT I never experienced a direct contact with them, I didn't have to care for my siblings when I was younger... Actually I really never cared for anyone when I was younger ... And I never sired a litter either so I could not know what waited for me. 

I mean, those were Fury's puppies and I expected them to be like him: silent, quiet a little bit  unsettling  NOT crazy little monsters!

Anyway my task was simple: helping Denai taking care of them, teaching them some manners and procted them. 

Simple to say... Not to do. 

They overwhelmed me in like 5 minutes... Until I finally understood how to deal with them. Lot of patience and firm decisions. 

Actually I found it harder than leading a sled team as at least your team mates go into your same direction and have your same goal. Puppies always go where you can't cacth them, in all possible directions, everytime and anytime. And each one enjoyed different things: biting my tail, climbing on my back in the most dominant way I ever witnessed, hiding, running...

Geez if it was tiring! 

Anyway the whole situations reminded me when I was 2 years and some youngsters had made a mess... While I was watching them being scolded an old dog approached me and started a very strange conversation... I heard his words in my head clearly: 

- Boy - He told me - whenever a female asks you if you do like puppies, run. Otherwise you're doomed.

Afterwords he went towards them and I understood he was their father. 

- Hey Sialuk seems like they like you- said playfully Denai who I had the opportunity to meet only that same day. 

- You're the expert here, if you say so... ( I actually believe they hate me ><)

- ... Do you like pups?

- ... 

- ...?

- ...I prefer ladies

Luckily she burnst into laugh. Pfff this time I managed it xD
