Misterious Puppies

PLEASE READ the story ^^


On a freezy morning of October, two days before the opening of Del Bosco’s Halloween Show,  Gemma gave birth… But she soon realised that her owners would be quite surprised… On her part she expected it but it was still an uncomfortable situation…

She remembered Celeste’s words clearly in her head after she had made her notice that her belly was starting to grow bigger and that surely Gazer would have noticed soon...

“Indeed! He will! And I WANT HIM TO.” Snapped back the piebald husky.  “you can’t understand! You’ve never had a serious relationship before. And  by the way, know your place. It’s none of your business.”

However after a while she continued: “ Moreover, especially you,  shouldn’t be talking about these things to me. When your time comes, and THEY’ll discover it, what will YOU do?!”

Indeed, ‘surprised’ was not enough to describe how Gemma’s owners felt… The puppies were healthy, lively and  beautiful but a HUGE question pressed them: At that point… WHO THE HELL WAS THE FATHER?

Diego was sure Gemma paired up with Gunnar, Rhory’s red offspring and Rua’s brother… He HAD SEEN THEM, but one pup was not liver colored and had a strangely familiar coloration… That didn’t belong to neither Gemma or Gunnar…

While sitting in front of the newborns and Gemma in the nursery room inside his house, the rest of the staff came to greets the new arrived…

As soon as they noticed the weird pup there was an awkward moment of silence.

Iris was curious, Diego couldn’t say a word and so his sister Becca while Mattia started laughing, Sarah couln’t stop herself too and even Carmine couldn’t avoid smiling xD

Without explaining they all had already understood who the mysterious father was… His daughter had almost his identical fur color…

    -          Hahahaha That boy really did it this time! He even surpassed Gazer! – laughed Mattia

    -          Well we can say he has recovered for sure!  - replied Carmine and they both burst into even more noisy laughing

However knowing that a pup belonged to Shasta didn’t help much…

Iris was wondering how the hell Gemma and Shasta managed to mate, Becca was freaking out because those pups had already been sold but they had to be Gunnar’s offspring not Shasta’s while Diego was trying to guess if that pup was the only one that belonged to Shasta or if her littermates were her full brothers too… In fact Shasta was the son of a liver husky and he could have produced red off-springs…

    -          This is troublesome. – He could say in the end

    -          I agree – sighed his sister – And you aren’t the one who’ll say to the buyers that, we don’t know how, their puppies have the wrong father…

    -          Oh c’mon! We can refund them, it’s not so tragic! – said Mattia cheerfully

    -          I feel like an idiot. – replied Diego

    -          Don’t be so negative- interrupted Carmine – Let’s discover who their real father is with a DNA test, only after that we can talk about this again…

    -          Perhaps they have two fathers? – asked Iris

    -          I so hope it… But is it even possible? – replied Becca

    -          …It is… I’ve heard of this before – answered Diego – I hope this is the case…

    -          Why don’t we ask Gemma? – asked Mattia- I’m sure she knows the answer haha

In reality however even Gemma still didn’t know who was the father of her three red little boys xD

Anyway this happens after these->                         



To briefly sum up what had happened (from Gemma and celeste's point of view):

After the night in which Celeste and Gemma's team mates were killed and Del Bosco's property vandalized things went kind of wrong for the two... 
In fact Gemma suffered for  the loss of her kennel mate and buddy, Tai. While Celeste, who had been sick for months and had to stay at the clinic, once returned home found out that her mate Gazer had puppies with another female and that Mascara and Tai were dead.  
If Gemma, after Rua ignored her feelings,  clinged on Shasta and Gunnar to ease the pain, Celeste, feeling betrayed by Gazer, turned her feelings toward Achernar, a stunning male who comes from another kennel  ( for love or for revenge towards Gazer, we don't know. Perhaps both?)

Anyway now Gemma had puppies and it's gonna be even more troblesome... How will Gunnar and Shasta react to the news? Who is the real father?
Celeste, on her side, is still pregnant but in two days she will have to meet her daughters ( from gazer) ... Go and explain your children that papa had babies with a stranger and that mama couldn't do anything apart from falling for another stranger... who's not so stranger to one of her daughters...

Gazer in all this mess, lost his team mates, was forced to have puppies for the welfare of the kennels losing this way celeste's love. And after the show will be permanently retired... The only thing that remains to him is his daughter Gale.

For Diego and the staff things are going better. They were able to fix the property and rise their funds but the disapperead dogs are still to be found...
They won't talk about it but still feel troubled. Diego pretends nothing is going on but the fact that he can't interact properly with the staff and the dogs anymore indicates nothing is in the past yet... And only Carmine knows what's troubling him...
